Born in Venice and raised in Milan, I grew up surrounded by Italy’s rich food culture. After a long and rewarding career in the restaurant industry, I followed my passion and opened Don Amici’s in 2016.
With a career spanning London’s vibrant restaurant and nightlife scene, I worked as a manager at some of the West End’s most renowned venues, including the Hippodrome Club in Leicester Square and Stringfellows in Covent Garden.
